How long do I have use of the dumpster?

Our rental agreement is for a 14 day of use for each time we deliver a new dumpster. If you have a special request, please call our office and speak with a representative.

What can I put in a roll off?

The sole purpose of the dumpster is to dispose of construction and demolition debris such as rubble, dirt, concrete, asphalt, and plasterboard, as well as miscellanous home furnishings, books, clothes, toys, furniture, trees, brush and yard debris.

What can NOT be put in a roll off?

Customer is not to disposed of air conditioners, refrigerators, appliances or anything containing CFCs or HCFC refrigerant, contaminated soil, barrels, drums, toxic chemicals, or medical hazardous waste, garbage or perishables (municipal waste), yard debris, liquid loads, tire, batteries, fluorescent light ballast or bulbs, radioactive material, creosote timbers, or paper more than 10% of load. Contact our office for special exceptions.

Do I need to meet the driver when the dumpster is delivered?

YES. The customer must be available to meet the driver to assist in placing the box in the appropriate spot, sign for the box, and make arrangements for payment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, 10 tons, or 20,000 lbs. is the maximum allowed.

How do we pay for a roll-off?

We are strictly a pay-on-delivery company. Cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted.

Do I need to reserve a container ahead of time?

Yes, please call two business days in advance, depending on the demand.

How many roll-offs do you have available?

We have plenty of containers.

What sizes and dimensions are available?

20 yd. and 30 yd.

Do you deliver and pick-up the roll-offs?

YES, delivery and pickup of the containers will be included in your quote.

Are there any disposal fees?
